1 Introduction & Eligibility

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Extended inactivity (typically exceeding 12 months).
• The user's own request (including self-exclusion).
• Instructions from regulatory authorities.

Juya will endeavour to return any verified and legitimate balance before closing an account; however, balances may be forfeited in cases of rule violations.
